CANCELLATIONS
• Any cancellation of sponsorship should notify to Sri Lanka Directory ® of R S P Holdings ® by e-mailing to info@srilankadirectory.com.au
• Cancellation will cost the sponsor 30% of total value of sponsorship.
•Balance of sponsorship will be credited to the sponsor's account between 30th April 2012 and 30th June 2012.
•Balance of sponsorship will be credited to the requested account and account details should send to
info@srilankadirectory.com.au
• SLD have rights to not to publish it's clients' listing or advertisement on upon any reason.
• SLD do not accept verbal requests for any reason for listings or advertisements.
CHANGE OF DETAILS
• It is advice that the customer should acknowledge SLD of R S P Holdings ® if there has any changes applied (Address, Telephone number, Mobile number and/or name) to the Business, Organisation, Association etc.
• Acknowledge SLD via e-mail: info@srilankadirectory.com.au
• SLD do not accept verbal requests for any reason for listings or advertisements.
PAYMENTS
• Clients may pay full payment but 50% of sponsorship cost must be paid on the consent form signing date.
• Due balance should be paid on or before 31st December 2011.
• SLD of R S P Holdings ® proceed legal actions after three reminders for balance payment.
• Payment reminding media: Registered post or e-mail(mentioned on the consent form)
